Product returns within 14 days

You have the right to return a purchased product within 14 days if the product has not been used and its original appearance and packaging are preserved.

Conditions for return

  • The product has not been used or damaged;
  • It is in its original packaging;
  • The purchase receipt is available;
  • All accessories, parts and instructions are included.

Products that cannot be returned

A return is not possible if any of the following apply:

  • The product has been installed or connected to engineering systems (e.g. air conditioners, heat pumps);
  • The product has mechanical or operational damage;
  • The product has been disassembled or repaired without an authorized service;
  • The product was ordered as an individual, custom solution.

Note: Installed climate equipment is not eligible for a 14-day return because it is considered engineering equipment.

Return process

  1. Contact us and inform us about your intention to return the product.
  2. We will send you the return request form.
  3. Return the product in person or via a delivery service.
  4. After inspection, the refund is issued within 5–14 business days.

Product condition assessment

After receiving the product, we check:

  • whether it has been used;
  • whether there is any damage;
  • whether all accessories and documents are included;
  • whether the packaging is sufficiently preserved.

If signs of use are detected, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount according to the decrease in the product’s value.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, except when the item is damaged or incorrectly delivered. If special transportation or dismantling is required, costs will be agreed upon individually.

Receiving a damaged or incorrect product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, inform us within 48 hours. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
